For dog owners, this property is ideal. Located at the yacht club end of town, dogs are permitted on this section of the beach year-round. Enjoy glorious circular walks with breathtaking views of the river, sea, and marshes. Note that the main beach restricts dogs from May to September, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

This is a well located property right by the sea in Aldeburgh. We loved how close we were to the shops and amenities. Nicely decorated with well stocked cupboards (e.g kitchen tools, games, information packs). We found the property could have been cleaner. Place in general could do with a good deep clean (e.g mopping of floors, good hoover) and more attention could be given to ensuring all pet hair from previous guests is removed. We found quite a bit on the beds, towels and sofa etc. Also there was some dirty kitchenware in the kitchen that we had to clean when we arrived. Overall a good property to stay in, but as it’s obviously a popular property over the summer it would benefit from a good, deep clean!
We lived staying here, very comfortable beds, located so close to the beach, we got to to watch the sunrise. Magical stay, thank you.

Great location, parking was handy, house was a little tired in some areas but had everything we needed. Cleaning needed improving. Communication from agent was great and all instructions were provided.

Such a lovely stay at this great home. The gas fire really added to the cosy evenings in. Fantastic quiet location that’s walking distance to everything you need.
