The beach is just a few meters from the doorstep, and the town’s popular high street is just around the corner. Positioned immediately behind The Brudenell, guests can relish the convenience of a reputable restaurant and an outside terrace that literally overlooks the beach.

Outdoor Living
While the house itself doesn't have its own garden, an open area at the back is perfect for enjoying an alfresco drink as you catch the evening sun. Given the stunning location and proximity to the beach, your need for private outdoor space is greatly diminished.

Dog-Friendly Haven
For dog owners, this property is ideal. Located at the yacht club end of town, dogs are permitted on this section of the beach year-round. Enjoy glorious circular walks with breathtaking views of the river, sea, and marshes. Note that the main beach restricts dogs from May to September, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Flexible Accommodation
Brudenell Street is also available for smaller groups, offering a sleeps four option for a more intimate stay.

With a coal effect gas fire, flatscreen Smart television with Freeview channels and Sonos sound system. The dining area seats seven comfortably around a modern shaker-style table.

Lovely light, well-equipped kitchen leading directly off the dining area.

With wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Master bedroom: with King-size bed.

Bedroom 2: with a single bed and bunk beds.

Bedroom 3: with king-size bed.

Family bathroom

Bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Other things to note

Outside:
There is an open area at the back of the house where guests can enjoy the evening sun (table and chairs provided). This area also serves as an off-road parking space which is extremely useful in Aldeburgh. Whilst parking availability is not guaranteed guests can adopt the customary practice of using the house bins to 'reserve' their spot.

The house comes with a number of items useful for the beach including windbreaks, picnic rug, BBQ, deckchairs, bucket/spades/crabbing kit and some non-breakable plates/glasses etc with a pretty hamper to carry them in. Please see the beach photo

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).

A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available within the property

Please note, that there is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar or milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.

The cottage is in a great location tucked between the seafront and the high street. It is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We appreciated the car parking space at the rear of the property and easy walking distance of pubs, fish and chips, sea front etc.

Comfortable well equipped accommodation, easy walking distance to beach & town. Off road parking is a real bonus.

We had a fabulous stay.The house had everything we needed to feel at home whilst also feeling like a hotel.We all enjoyed a good night's sleep. My daughter would like me to score the beds top marks!
