Had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment, excellent position near all the local shops, pubs and restaurants and the sea of course. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property for a visit to the Suffolk coast. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again.
Great place to stay to visit Aldeburgh Beach! Easy to find and there is plenty of free parking a short walk away. The space was perfect for my weekend away. Everything was clean and the host communicated well. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely flat in the High Street. Had everything we needed for a short break. Very quiet. Close to restaurants, shops, cafe, pubs, beach. Parking was easy. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend this property.
The flat is in a great location on the high street. The living room & bedrooms are nicely decorated with some lovely art. The property was clean & had good facilities. There were some minor maintenance issues which we reported.
What a beautiful and well appointed apartment just yards from the high street shops, pubs and restaurants. The artwork was fantastic as was the array of books and DVDs. Great space and we’d happily book again. Minor gripe was that although the bed was comfy, the pillows were not and we had to buy our own! Host was very quick to respond to any issues and communication was great throughout. Would recommend.
Enjoyed our stay. Found both key/door locks stiff to use
We enjoyed our stay at Shades of Grey. The flat was spacious, well-equiped and in a perfect location. There were ongoing issues with the locks on both front doors and the shower, dishwasher and hot water supply. There was also a rather upsetting 'rule' which stated unless we took glass to a recycling place half a mile away, we would be fined. We questioned this and we told glass could be left for owner/manager to dispose of. This issue was in fairness, quickly resolved. All in all a lovely place to stay, great location, comfy furniture and bed, very spacious.
