Good location on the High Street. Communication was incredibly thorough and exact as this is an agency not your personal touch Airbnb in any way, shape or form. Was the first time I’ve had to apply to be recommended to stay and give such detailed rules in advance which made it feel like I was a teenager being given excessively strict instructions. This somewhat took the edge off using Airbnb rather than a hotel to be honest. The place itself is great for a short break in Aldeburgh with plenty to do in town as well as on your doorstep.
Really nice flat - it looks very modern from the outside but is nicely decorated inside. Right on Aldeburgh High St, so very convenient for everything. Although it doesn't have its own parking it's easy to stop outside to unload and there's plenty of free or cheap parking within 5 minutes. There's some road noise from the High St, but that pretty much stops from 6pm, so not a problem at all
Really lovely stay in a great flat - clean and cosy and left us feeling right at home. The location was perfect, right on the high street meaning walkable across the town. Host was responsive and check in easy.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment, excellent position near all the local shops, pubs and restaurants and the sea of course. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property for a visit to the Suffolk coast. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again.
Great place to stay to visit Aldeburgh Beach! Easy to find and there is plenty of free parking a short walk away. The space was perfect for my weekend away. Everything was clean and the host communicated well. Will definitely visit again.
