2 bathsThe property is beautifully presented and features: 1 x bedroom (with Kingsize bed - hotel standard mattress), 1 x bedroom (with Small double bed - hotel standard mattress), two bathrooms (1 en-suite shower room and 1 x bathroom). Also WiFi, 50 inch TV, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine / dishwasher / fridge and freezer and a parking space for 1 car. NB there is also a garage which is available for parking a second small car.


Definitely lived up to expectations. Very true to pictures and description. Not difficult to find with excellent directions provided. Very clean all round. With super kitchen appliances if you wanted to cook in.

Modern and very clean with easy access to A12 and the surrounding Suffolk area. Good choice of eating places and supermarkets only 5 mins walk away. Excellent communication from the host

excellent property the only thing I would say is more saucepans please 1 was not enough and maybe another mirror but couldn't fault anything from booking to leaving

First time staying at this particular accommodation and can safely say I was very happy with my choice. Everything was as described and I was delighted to find that once we were parked up for the day, it was only a very short walk to all the local amenities. Happy to recommend and hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay here again.

Quiet location in clean neighbourhood. Only stayed for two days so didn't need to use the kitchen for cooking. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the second bathroom and some sort of mirror in the bedrooms in order to use the hairdrier. This was the only reason for a 4 star review. Otherwise convenient for supermarket and for exploring the area. We only needed a bed and shower whilst taking part in the Trek26 Alzheimer walk at Thorpeness 🙂

A nice property that served the purpose we needed for our trip to RSPB Minsmere - within walking distance of the train station and local shops, and a reasonable taxi journey away from the reserve. It was easy to check in and the property was clean and uncluttered. 4 stars rather than 5 for a couple of minor things that could be improved but were not a great inconvenience (and may well not even bother others). This feedback has been shared with Robin.
