Also WiFi, 50 inch TV, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine / dishwasher / fridge and freezer and a parking space for 1 car. NB there is also a garage which is available for parking a second small car.

A nice property that served the purpose we needed for our trip to RSPB Minsmere - within walking distance of the train station and local shops, and a reasonable taxi journey away from the reserve. It was easy to check in and the property was clean and uncluttered. 4 stars rather than 5 for a couple of minor things that could be improved but were not a great inconvenience (and may well not even bother others). This feedback has been shared with Robin.
Definitely lived up to expectations. Very true to pictures and description. Not difficult to find with excellent directions provided. Very clean all round. With super kitchen appliances if you wanted to cook in.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfy. Very close to the shops in Saxmundham. The whole house was very clean and we instantly felt at home. As others have mentioned, it could do with a few more pots and pans plus plates and cups so we didn’t have to wash up everything as we used it if we ate more than one meal a day in the house. A small thing but one easily rectified. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.
