Beautiful location. Walking distance to the beach and lots of pubs and restaurants. Flat is comfortable and spacious. It is above shops and on the main road, so there was some noise but didn’t bother us too much.
Great town and perfect position. All well with the property although a couple of small niggles. One was the water pressure in the bathroom, the sink took forever to fill and also to drain. Hot water was erratic - had to run the tap for a long time to get hot water. TV was a nightmare. Impossible to get normal terrestrial channels. I’m competent on that sort of thing but couldn’t work it. All in all thoroughly enjoyable property but need to sort those items out.
Lovely place in the heart of Aldeburgh
Location, location, location! Sitting in that living room window seat in the early morning sunshine, looking down the lovely high street and watching Aldeburgh slowly wake up, makes you breathe easy. Great apartment in a great place with all you need for a short stay by the sea.
A wonderful flat in the heart of Aldeburgh. Close to lots of wonderful shops and restaurants! Had everything you would need and the host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

A perfect place to stay for a few days, being close to the beach was fantastic and great restaurants nearby. Super comfy bed too which is always my must have!!
The location was perfect, right on the high street. Free parking was easy to find in the residential areas behind the high street. The place was clean, characterful and comfortable. The only thing I would say if you are taking a dog is that there is no door to the kitchen or lounge, but it was fine for us and our dog. We managed to leave an item of clothing in the property when we left and the host was very helpful in returning it to us which is greatly appreciated.
A well appointed apartment, a short hop from the sea front and all the traditional high st delights. Opposite a bakery, a bookshop & a delicatessan.. What more could you want?
