Great place, perfect for our short stay at the seaside. The flat is located close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Robin was a very responsive host, really helpful and friendly, especially when my son locked us out of the flat prior to check in! Thanks ☺️

A really nice place to stay with a great location. Has all you need, would recommend. Parking is easy with street parking free in evenings/ overnight and the church is very close for cheap parking in the days

We had a fabulous couple of nights in Robin's lovely apartment. The communication beforehand meant that parking was easy (parked outside to drop-off and moved the car to The Terrace) and check-in via the keysafe was very straightforward. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It's in the perfect location on the High Street, taking a minute or 2 to stroll to many lovely restaurants, coffee shops and quirky independent shops. Walking to the seafront takes about 30 seconds. The community cinema is directly opposite and, had we stayed longer, we'd have loved to visit. We'll be staying at Robin's place again when we come back to Aldeburgh.

A lovely weekend spent in beautiful Aldeburgh, fab accommodation, location and restaurants . Flat was just perfect, very clean, so stylishly furnished and bright and sunny! Robin was brilliant from start to finish, very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

The place was comfortable and fairly quiet. Parking was a challenge at times, but only because my husband is disabled. It was well placed for town and sea front.

Enjoyed our stay. Well positioned accommodation in terms of access, position, cafe’s, restaurants, shops and pubs. Book your restaurants early in the stay! The flat is compact, well equipped and comfortable for two people.Particularly liked the sheds that sell fish and seafood on the beach quite nearby and would recommend these for takeaway meals and/or snacks if you like this type of food. Also recommend the walk to Thorpeness along the sea front and a trip to Sutton Hoo which is National Trust. On street parking can be a pain as there’s 2 hour limits with no return for 4 hours during period 09:00 - 18:00. You have to plan your day if you’re staying locally. Not too bad for us in September but imagine tricky in high season.First time in Aldeburgh and we intend return.
