The property is a stone’s throw away from everything you can possibly want in Aldeburgh and makes for a perfect base.
Parking: there is a parking bay available directly outside the property (NB 2-hour stay) but free parking is available nearby on The Terrace and the entire elevated area (The Terrace area is accessed from The Town Steps – about 2 mins from the property). Also a small free parking area on Wentworth Road.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and so close to cinema, restaurants and shops. Communication from the hosts was excellent.
Very convenient for the High Street, being opposite the cinema everything was within walking distance for my elderly parents. Everything was on one level with a lovely walk-in shower and very comfy bed. They would happily stay again.
I had a wonderful stay here. The space was perfect for me and my daughter who joined me later in the weekend. It was quiet, clean and so tastefully furnished. I love its position on the High Street too. The bed was incredibly comfy!! A lovely little place to be for some R and R - I will be back, Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at Robin’s home. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor. Very responsive host. Great location - close to the beach and all the shops and cafes on the High Street.
A beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Host was really helpful and quick to reply to messages. We also managed to leave a mobile phone behind but it was found and we were alerted before we realised it was lost, and they’ve been really helpful in getting it back to us. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in Aldeburgh very much. Villa Verde is ideally situated, only a couple of minutes walk from two very good restaurants and a further few steps to a great bakery and breakfast place. The cinema is virtually opposite the property and the beach is just around the corner with kiosks selling fresh and smoked fish. What more could you want? Despite this central and convenient location we found it very quiet.
My mum and I had a lovely stay here during the bank holiday. A charming, comfortable, clean and super convenient cottage, it was perfect for us and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Thank you!

Lovely flat, great location. Only irritation was having to email and re-email about check-in times changes they landed on me at last minute. Quickly sorted.
