The sofa in the sitting room is a sofa bed and is suitable for an extra person. Also, high-speed Wi-Fi (BT).
Large TV in the reception room and a small wall-mounted smart TV in the bedroom.

The property is a stone’s throw away from everything you can possibly want in Aldeburgh and makes for a perfect base.
Parking: there is a parking bay available directly outside the property (NB 2-hour stay) but free parking is available nearby on The Terrace and the entire elevated area (The Terrace area is accessed from The Town Steps – about 2 mins from the property). Also a small free parking area on Wentworth Road.

A quaint little cottage in the dreamiest location
Lovely apartment in a perfect location . Apartment very comfortable / clean . Location perfect to explore Aldeburgh and all it has to offer. Very easy to find , I thought there might be an issue with parking but had no problems finding a space .
We loved our short stay in Villa Verde. The location was excellent for walks and accessing amenities. Would love to go back.
Nice clean apartment close to beach
Great place, perfect for our short stay at the seaside. The flat is located close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Robin was a very responsive host, really helpful and friendly, especially when my son locked us out of the flat prior to check in! Thanks ☺️
A really nice place to stay with a great location. Has all you need, would recommend. Parking is easy with street parking free in evenings/ overnight and the church is very close for cheap parking in the days
