The sofa in the sitting room is a sofa bed and is suitable for an extra person. Also, high-speed Wi-Fi (BT).
Large TV in the reception room and a small wall-mounted smart TV in the bedroom.

The property is a stone’s throw away from everything you can possibly want in Aldeburgh and makes for a perfect base.
Parking: there is a parking bay available directly outside the property (NB 2-hour stay) but free parking is available nearby on The Terrace and the entire elevated area (The Terrace area is accessed from The Town Steps – about 2 mins from the property). Also a small free parking area on Wentworth Road.

Parking is free and offers footpaths to town by the main road or the scenic route via the allotments.

This is our second stay at this property, it has everything you need, comfy beds , clean and well equipped - you can usually get a parking space outside to unload and then park elsewhere for the duration- a few places are free . Aldeburgh is my absolute favorite place to stay and I go every summer- definitely worth a visit!!
Sebastian’s place is in such an ideal location, so close to the beach and the great shops on Aldeburgh high street. The place was just as described and we will definitely be coming back!
We have just returned from villa verde and it has been the most perfect relaxing stay. Sebastian was a great host leaving clear instructions with everything. It was clean and beautiful and perfectly located. Being on the high street was lovely, right opposite a cute little cinema and so quiet! The beach was a minute round the corner. I would absolutely recommend this place to people coming to Aldeburgh. A perfect couples stay!!!

Lovely little flat positioned at the top of the high street. Clean, tidy and homely. Very comfy bed! A central location within the town with the beach a 1 minute walk away. Perfect for a few days getaway.
